1) Shipping area
We ship Australia-wide only.
2) Processing and dispatch
- Ready-made items: dispatched within 30 business days (estimate).
- Made-to-order items / commissions: timeframes are provided in writing as an estimate.
3) Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are carrier estimates and can vary due to location, peak periods, weather, and carrier delays.
4) Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
5) Authority to leave
If you provide “authority to leave”, you accept the risk of theft or exposure after delivery is recorded by the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
6) Damaged in transit / arrived damaged (required process)
If your order arrives damaged, email contact@nearlylucid.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- description of damage;
- photos of outer packaging (including labels), inner packaging, and the damaged item;
- a short video where helpful.
Do not dispose of packaging until we advise, as it may be required for assessment.
This process is required so we can assess and respond appropriately; it does not exclude any non-excludable rights you may have under Australian law.
7) Lost or delayed deliveries
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist with carrier enquiries. If a remedy is required, it will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
